How far in advance should I book catering?
A few days’ notice is ideal so we can bake everything fresh to order. For events over 50 guests or the Bougatsa Bar setup, a week’s notice is preferred. For last-minute needs, get in touch anyway — we’ll always try to make it work.
What’s included in a catering order?
We bake fresh to your confirmed guest count, packed in 10-piece boxes — mix and match across flavours however you like. For the Bougatsa Bar, we bring trays, branding flags and dust on-site in front of your guests.
Do you deliver to my location?
Yes — we deliver across Melbourne metro, timed so everything arrives fresh and crisp. Click-and-collect from our Footscray kitchen is also available. Add your suburb when you submit the form and we’ll confirm coverage.
Can I mix flavours across boxes?
Absolutely. Every catering order can be a single flavour or a full spread — Traditional, Honey & Walnut, Biscoff, and seasonal specials. Tell us your preferences and we’ll build the perfect mix.
Can cafés and restaurants order wholesale?
